This instrument has a beautiful appearance and adopts advanced electronic modular design to ensure stable product quality. The computer tracks data acquisition and data processing in real time. Multiple color curves (see the following page) depict the change process of the sample. The test process is completely automated, programmed, and humanized.
The test stand and oil tank of this equipment are all made of stainless steel, with small expansion coefficient and high mechanical precision;;
This product has sound and light alarm function, which will give sound and light alarm prompts at each stage of the test and after the test.;
This product has the features of automatic lifting and lowering of the test frame and automatic loading of weights, which is easy to operate and saves time; the heat-averaging system is hidden inside the machine, and the heat-averaging stirring speed is adjustable;

The program control uniform temperature heating system for PTC test was successfully manufactured for Zhejiang University. When the deformation of the test is reached, the test is automatically stopped and the temperature value is flashed,to achieve the purpose of prompting.After the test is completed, the software can automatically store and print the test results according to the user's settings, and the graphical display function can display the real-time:temperature - time and deformation - time curve, temperature - deformation curve.
During the test , in order to prevent excessive oil or oil with a large expansion coefficient from expanding and overflowing due to heat,an overflow oil recovery device is specially installed; it has upper limit temperature protection and oil fume exhaust functions; and is easy to operate.
