一、 Product Overview

The rotational rheometer is one of the key instruments for researching and measuring the rheological properties of materials. It applies forced steady-state shear rate load, steady-state shear stress load, dynamic sinusoidal cyclic strain load, or dynamic sinusoidal cyclic stress load to samples, and observes the sample's response data to the applied loads. By measuring rheological parameters such as shear rate, shear stress, oscillation frequency, and stress-strain amplitude, it is a widely used rheological measurement instrument in the material field. It can study the flow and deformation characteristics of samples ranging from low-viscosity fluids to high-strength solids.

  1. Working Principle

A servo motor drives the concentric outer cylinder, and the rotation of the outer cylinder drives the internal sample to rotate. The sample generates shear stress on the measuring bob, and by measuring the shear stress, parameters such as the sample's viscosity, elastic modulus, loss modulus, and phase angle are calculated.

三、Product Features

1.The sample contact parts are made of Hastelloy, enabling measurement of common corrosive samples.

2.The measuring bob adopts a friction-free suspension structure, ensuring that measurement data is not affected by friction and high accuracy is achieved.

3.Equipped with an anti-rod climbing device to reduce the impact of liquid rod climbing on sample viscosity measurement.

4.Integrated structure of the stress gauge and measuring bob, effectively solving the problem of inaccurate measurement of low-viscosity samples.

5.The entire test process is conducted under high temperature and high pressure, and pressure has no impact on the measurement results.

6.Flexible test procedures allow modification of test steps during the test. Steady-state testing and oscillation mode can be freely switched for the same sample.

7.The laser displacement sensor has a high sampling frequency, eliminating data loss and ensuring stable test data.
