Overview of the Test Chamber
The xenon lamp artificial aging test chamber mainly uses a water-cooled long-arc xenon lamp as the light source. By adjusting temperature (sample rack temperature, working chamber temperature), relative humidity, rainfall method, etc., it simulates the comprehensive combination of light, heat and water under outdoor climatic test conditions to conduct artificial aging tests on the photochemical energy and mechanical properties of test materials. The main control parameters include light irradiance, working chamber temperature, sample rack temperature and relative humidity, which are automatically controlled through closed loops. This instrument adopts an advanced PLC controller, featuring advanced and stable control; various alarm messages are provided during the control process, ensuring good maintainability. The device complies with domestic xenon lamp aging test standards and international standards such as AATCC, ISO, DIN, and ASTM. It has a wide range of applications, including plastics, coatings, rubber, textiles, automobiles, building materials, etc. The control system of this instrument consists of: xenon lamp automatic control system; xenon lamp cooling system; temperature control system; humidity control system; and xenon lamp protection alarm system.
