1.Application
KBGJ-16C hydrostatic bursting testing machine is suitable for hydraulic instantaneous bursting of various plastic pipes for fluid transportation and the determination of failure resistance time of thermoplastic pipes under long-term constant pressure. It is a necessary testing instrument for scientific research institutes, quality inspection departments and pipe manufacturers.
The hydrostatic testing machine is controlled by embedded computer. Modular design, to achieve separate control. If there is any problem along the way, as long as the stop valve of the current station is closed, the normal operation of other stations will not be affected. It has the functions of pipe rupture identification, real-time monitoring, incoming data recovery, printing, storing test results, sample pretreatment settings, etc., and can store up to 7 days of data according to the needs of national holidays.

2.Feature
2.1. This instrument is used for testing a certain range of internal pressure in a long period of time of plastic pipes.
2.2 The instrument consists of a pressure host, a pressure station, a water tank, a temperature control system and a computer software system.
Main Frame:The machine can do both hydrostatic test and blasting test. The parameters of pipe ring stress, wall thickness and average outer diameter can be input on PC to calculate the test pressure automatically. The test pressure can also be manually input according to practical experience. The computer transmits it to the lower computer (MCU) through RS232 serial bus, and the lower computer automatically carries out constant pressure on the pipe, The high-pressure liquid pressure source produced by the high-pressure piston pump is transmitted to the sample in the medium constant temperature box by the high-pressure hose through the pressure control system for long-time hydrostatic test or burst test
Pressure Station: Its main function is to provide pressure to the main frame, the requirement of lower limit pressure of pressure station requirement must be higher than all tested specimen. The plunger pump of the station is made in the United States (large flow, low noise, high pressure, free maintenance).
Water Tank: It consists of electric opening part, self-circulation part, heating part, automatic water filling part and insulation part.
Temperature Control System: Accurately control the temperature of the water tank, temperature display, set temperature individually. It can control the liquid level of tank at a reasonable position, at the same time it can also guarantee the temperature.
Software System: By connecting with RS232 serial interface to the pressure on the host, it can provide the parameters setting, calibration, pressure relief, zero, amplitude modulation, drawing the test, test records and print test reports and other functions.
3.Working Conditions
Following conditions must be satisfied to conduct a test:
3.1 Ambient Temperature: 10℃~40℃;
3.2 Ambient Temperature: 30%—80%;
3.3 Vibration-free,no corrosive medium environment;
3.4 Install and adjust the instrument to level on a solid foundation;
3.5 No strong electromagnetic interference and no strong wind resistance;
3.6 A indoor exhaust system is needed to prevent the instrume
