GZRM-AIR-X22 Xenon Lamp Aging Chamber
The GZRM-AIR-X22 xenon lamp testing machine adopts a xenon arc lamp that can simulate the full solar spectrum of nature with maximum consistency to reproduce destructive light waves existing in different environments, thereby enabling excellent accelerated tests for light resistance and weather resistance of materials. It can be used for tests such as screening new materials, improving existing materials, or evaluating changes in durability after modifications to material components.
It has a wide range of applications in industries including: coatings, inks, paints, resins, plastics, printing and packaging, adhesives, automotive and motorcycle industry, cosmetics, metals, electronics, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Technical Parameter Introduction
The main features of the GZRM-AIR-X22 xenon lamp test chamber are as follows::
1.Air-cooled, flat-panel structure xenon lamp weather resistance tester; equipped with one 1800W xenon lamp tube with a service life of more than 1500 hours.
2.Can simulate the full solar spectrum (including UV, visible light, infrared light) for aging tests;
3.Flat-panel, long-life, permanent filter that does not require replacement;
4.SOLAR EYE irradiance control system with closed-loop control, automatic compensation, high precision, and controllable irradiance intensity.
5.Low irradiance warning: when the irradiance drops below 5% of the set value, the built-in warning system of the SOLAR EYE will issue an alert;
6.Adopts single-wavelength point irradiance control point, configured with 340nm control point. The irradiance intensity control range with daylight filter is 0.25-0.68 W/m². Light irradiance deviation: ±0.01 W/m². Or (optional wide-wavelength control 300-800nm, the irradiance intensity control range with daylight filter is 250-850 W/m². Light irradiance deviation: ±5 W/m²)
7.RM20 irradiance sensor calibrator to ensure the accuracy of the control system; the calibrator has traceability to national standards and inspection certificates from the National Institute of Metrology, China.
8.Equipped with a spray device to simulate sudden temperature changes and rain erosion processes. Deionized water is used as spray water. Spraying can be performed simultaneously during light or dark cycles, controlled by computer programs;
9.Black panel temperature control range: 45-90℃ during light cycle; 25-50℃ during non-light cycle
10.Chamber temperature control range: 38-60℃, temperature deviation ±2℃
11.Relative humidity control range: 25-95%, humidity deviation ±5%
12.The flat sample chamber is suitable not only for standard samples but also for non-standard samples and three-dimensional samples, with convenient operation;
13.Meets the requirements of specifications and standards, complies with GB safety specifications, safe and reliable;
14.Three-dimensional samples can be directly placed on the sample rack, with an exposure area of 980cm².
15.Siemens touch screen for easy operation, with alarm and maintenance reminders. Fully automated operation.
